However, this does not apply if we are not obliged to disclose according to the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws.
9. Correction, etc. of Personal Information
If requested by the customer to correct, add or delete the content of personal information for the reason that it is not true based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act (hereinafter referred to as 'correction, etc.'), we will confirm that it is a request from the customer, and within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use, we will conduct the necessary investigation promptly and correct, etc. the content of personal information based on the results, and notify the customer (if we have decided not to correct, etc., we will notify the customer). However, this does not apply if we are not obliged to correct, etc. according to the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws.
10. Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.
If requested by the customer to suspend or erase the use of personal information for the reason that the customer's personal information is being handled beyond the scope of the pre-announced purpose of use, or for the reason that it was acquired by false or other illegal means based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act (hereinafter referred to as 'suspension of use, etc.'), and it is found that there is a reason for the request, we will confirm that it is a request from the customer, suspend the use of personal information, etc. promptly, and notify the customer. However, this does not apply if we are not obliged to suspend the use, etc. according to the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws.
